🛍 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Returns for Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

💳 No Refunds to Original Payment

We do not issue refunds to credit or debit cards. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit which can be used on any future purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We require a tracking number for all return shipments to ensure the package is safely returned to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

📬 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at pixienpotter@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description.

2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

3. Ship the item back with a tracking number.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit.
